Our services include the construction of futsal courts, installation of landscape grasses, maintenance and renovation of existing sports facilities. In addition, we own a wedding banquet that caters to weddings and corporate functions, as well as an interior décor firm. As a graphics designer in our organization, you will have the opportunity to work across various fields and create designs that contribute to our diverse range of projects.
Job Overview:
As a Graphics Designer, you will be responsible for developing and creating visually appealing designs that align with our clients' and company's requirements. You will play a crucial role in conceptualizing visual ideas, translating them into digital or print designs, and maintaining our brands' visual identity. Collaboration with team members and attention to detail are essential in this role. If you have video editing skills, it would be a valuable bonus.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Visual Conceptualization: Develop and create visual concepts that meet client or company requirements. Understand design briefs, gather information, and brainstorm ideas to produce visually compelling designs.
Design Creation: Utilize various design tools and software to create digital or print designs. Work with typography, colors, layouts, and images to produce visually engaging materials such as logos, social media posts, websites, advertisements, banners, and more.
Branding and Identity: Play a vital role in creating and maintaining our brands' visual identity. Develop consistent design elements, including logos, color palettes, typography, and visual assets, to ensure brand consistency across different platforms and marketing materials.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with department heads or project managers to understand their needs and goals. Engage in effective communication, gather feedback, and make necessary adjustments to meet the team's requirements and expectations.
Graphic Production: Prepare files and assets for production. Optimize designs for various mediums, such as web or print, and provide specifications and guidelines to printers or developers for accurate execution.
Nepalese Industry and Trend Awareness: Stay updated with current design trends, emerging technologies, and industry best practices. Research new techniques, tools, and visual styles to continuously improve skills and offer fresh and relevant design solutions.
Attention to Detail: Demonstrate a keen eye for detail, ensuring that designs are visually appealing, well-organized, and error-free. Double-check work for typos, alignment issues, and other visual inconsistencies before delivering the final product.
Skills:
Proficiency in graphic design software and tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.)
Strong understanding of typography, color theory, layout design, and image manipulation
Creativity and ability to generate innovative design ideas
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Ability to meet deadlines and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high-quality standards
Knowledge of video editing software (such as Adobe Premiere Pro) is a plus
Job Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or a related field (or equivalent work experience)
Demonstrable experience in graphic design, including a portfolio showcasing a range of design projects
Familiarity with sports-related design projects or experience in a similar industry is advantageous
Strong understanding of branding and marketing principles
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Up-to-date knowledge of design trends and best practices
