Job Overview:

As a Social Media and Content Coordinator, you will be responsible for creating engaging content, managing social media accounts, developing strategies, and collaborating with different teams within our organization. Your role will involve ensuring consistent brand messaging, increasing engagement, and adapting to the latest industry trends and platform updates. Additionally, you will be expected to handle crisis management and possess basic video and photo editing skills.

Roles and Responsibilities:
  1. Content Creation: Create compelling content for various social media platforms, including writing captions, creating visuals or graphics, and occasionally editing videos or photos.

  2. Social Media Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of social media accounts, including scheduling and publishing posts, monitoring comments and messages, and providing timely responses to inquiries or complaints.

  3. Strategy Development: Play a crucial role in developing social media strategies aligned with company goals and target audience. Conduct research, analyze trends, and identify opportunities to improve engagement, reach, and overall social media presence.

  4. Collaboration: Collaborate with department heads, designers, and the marketing team to reflect company values and goals, ensuring consistent brand messaging across all platforms.

  6. Copywriting and Simple Video/Photo Editing Skills: Possess excellent English and Nepali writing skills to generate engaging text content. Proficiency in simple video and photo editing is also required.
