Job Overview:

We are seeking a Sales Officer to join our team, taking charge of lead generation, nurturing, and overseeing the end-to-end project delivery process. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, be adept at working in the field, demonstrate strong presentation and documentation abilities, and be dedicated to contributing to revenue generation and achieving business team meeting targets. Additionally, candidates with a basic knowledge of land measurement skills, enabling them to create estimates for the total project cost, are highly encouraged to apply. Roles and Responsibilities:
  • Lead generation and management through various channels such as social media, direct/indirect contact, etc.

  • Independently conduct thorough research on products and markets within the sports industry to identify opportunities and strategically address market gaps.

  • Manage the end-to-end process of project delivery, working closely with the operation team to ensure project execution aligns with client expectations and contractual obligations.

  • Visit project sites for measurement and estimation purposes.

  • Contribute to revenue generation and meet targets set by the business team.

  • Assess and evaluate situations to come up with solutions in cases of conflicts or miscommunication.

  • Create and maintain sales reports, gather data in an organized manner, and create standard operating procedures as required.

  • Provide regular feedback to the management team regarding sales performance, market conditions, and customer satisfaction.

  • Ability to work in the field for measurement and estimation purposes.

Job Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

  • Having a bike license is compulsory.
